Refund Policy

Because of the bespoke nature of our service, refund terms differ by membership and stage of engagement.

Before Acceptance

Application fees, if any, are non-refundable once verification work has commenced.

After Acceptance

If you cancel within 7 days of membership activation and prior to any introduction, we will refund the membership fee less an administrative charge. After the first introduction has been arranged, memberships are non-refundable.

Termination by Us

If we terminate your membership for breach of our terms, no refund will be issued. If we terminate for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will refund a pro-rata portion of unused membership time.
